Welcome to WZ Automation. By accessing our website, purchasing our setup services, or engaging with our custom development plans, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
WZ Automation provides technical installation, configuration, and custom API integration services for self-hosted business software (including but not limited to Perfex CRM and Chatwoot). We act as technical architects and integrators. We do not own the core source code of third-party open-source or commercial scripts unless explicitly stated as our custom-built module.
2. Payments and Refunds
- All setup fees are one-time payments for the initial deployment of the software.
- Due to the nature of digital deployment and labor hours involved, setup fees are strictly non-refundable once the installation process has begun on your server.
- Custom development projects require a 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final handover.
3. Third-Party Costs & APIs
Our packages cover the setup fee. The client is solely responsible for all recurring third-party costs, which include:
- VPS / Server Hosting charges (AWS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger, etc.).
- Domain name renewals.
- Meta WhatsApp Cloud API: Conversational charges billed directly by Facebook/Meta.
- Any premium third-party plugins or scripts required for custom workflows.
4. WhatsApp API Compliance & Liability
We configure the official WhatsApp Cloud API according to Meta's developer guidelines. However, you (the client) are responsible for the content of the messages sent.
5. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) & Support
After the initial deployment and handover (including a 14-day free bug-fix period), any ongoing technical support, server updates, CRM version upgrades, or bug fixing requires an active AMC plan.
If a client opts out of the AMC, WZ Automation is not responsible for server downtimes, hacking incidents, or software deprecation issues that occur in the future.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
